A BETTER WAY TO BUILD
Thoughtful work.
From first conversation
to final walkthrough.
Some projects restore what was lost. Others completely reimagine what a home can be. We bring the same thoughtful approach to both: understand the goal, coordinate the work, and stay focused on what matters to the people who live there.

PROJECT 01 · WHOLE-HOME REMODEL
THE FINAL WALKTHROUGH
Designed around the details
UNIVERSITY PLACE, WA · FEATURED 2026
A whole-home remodel featuring a custom fireplace, hardwood and tile floors, custom stair railings, and a striking 16-foot kitchen island with a continuous countertop—an especially demanding installation.
THE FINAL WALKTHROUGH
PROJECT 02 · FIRE & WATER RESTORATION
Restored. And reimagined.
VASHON ISLAND, WA · FEATURED 2026
Following a small fire and sprinkler water damage at a 5,400-square-foot home, PLB restored interior spaces and elevated them with new engineered hardwood flooring, painting, and a redesigned kitchen.
PROJECT 03 · SPACE TRANSFORMATION
Small home. Big transformation.
LAKEWOOD, WA · FEATURED 2026
We removed an unused bedroom in a single-wide home to create a more open kitchen, dining, and living area. New finishes, bathroom updates, and a fireplace helped the space feel entirely different.
PROJECT 04 · INTERIOR RESTORATION
A fresh start in two weeks
TACOMA, WA · FEATURED 2026
Following extensive rental-property damage, PLB repaired interior finishes, replaced flooring, repainted, and updated the kitchen—completing the turnaround in two weeks.
